Sales Order Coordinator

As Sales Order Coordinator you will be responsible for delivering first-class service for all assigned tasks and activities using our department strategy, vision, and mission. Champion and follow our ‘One Best Way’ processes, procedures, and protocols to support and coordinate order processing and fulfilment – ensuring all internal and external customers and stakeholders are blown away with our level of service first time, every time.
Key Duties
- Process sales orders within Salesforce and liaise with clients and/or internal teams to facilitate an excellent customer experience.
- Ensure quotations and orders are accurate with supportive information.
- Assist with sales enquiries/leads, input into Salesforce and assign to appropriate team/queue in a timely manner.
- Process card payments for Proforma accounts using Sage Pay system.
- Assist with maintaining/reporting department KPI’s.
- Produce and maintain product price lists for all sectors.
- Complete internal and external forms/questionnaires as required, such as returns or credit account applications.
- Assist in the maintenance of any existing accreditations as well as completing supplier portals.
- Maintain data held in the client management system, add new contacts and accounts, remove incorrect data.
- General admin duties to support Order Management Team Leader and cover for time offs.
- General admin duties to support internal departments.
- General reception duties: taking phone calls, greeting visitors, send/receive post and parcels.
- Reporting and analysis of data, including producing graphs/charts to visually display results & for company dashboards.
- Review, maintain and update trackers to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Monitor KPI dashboards and scorecards, and action updates as needed.
- Deliver refresher training/demos to sales teams to drive ‘One Best Way’ order processing.
- Organise internal meetings and client visits, supporting with meeting notes.
- Assist with mentoring new starters and training out One Best Way processes.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
- Good judgement, highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise, schedule daily workload.
- Working knowledge of CRM Systems, Salesforce experience desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Great Work Ethic, Proactive and positive approach to all tasks.
- Hands on determination and persistence to get the job done.
- Excellent Communicator, both written and verbal, and active listening skills.

Basic Salary
£23,400 – £25,300 per annum (depending on experience)
NPGSBS
Potential to earn 10% of Basic salary, following one year’s service as part of the companywide Net Profit Gain Share Bonus System (NPGSBS)
Holidays
20 days per year plus 8 bank holidays
(Option to purchase 5 additional days per year)
