Our lightweight, A2 fire-rated aluminium decking is the ideal product for developers and contractors working on high-rise terrace and balcony projects, whether under construction or undergoing refurbishment. We also provide installation and consultation services.
In addition to the many challenges already facing the construction industry, the sector is now having to adapt to updated fire safety regulations. This means ensuring all materials and practices used are fully-compliant with the latest government legislation.
Our aluminium decking is tested to both A2fl-s1 (flooring classification) and A2-s1,d0 (external wall classification), the latter of which is critical for balconies in residential buildings over 11m high. Unlike products from other manufacturers, every component of our aluminium decking products is UKAS accredited and tested in situ, tested for their field of application, for the correct orientation, and in every colour. This is important because all of these factors can impact a product’s fire rating, and therefore its suitability for the project. We test frequently and rigorously, and stay on top of regulatory updates to give you peace of mind that you’re always fully compliant.

Available in three colours, our boards offer a sleek, contemporary finish. Each has a double skin with an anti-slip surface and uniform underside to provide an attractive in-built soffit detail. They also provide a cooler deck surface than most wood or composite surfaces for extra comfort underfoot.
On the practical side, our aluminium decking has a 30-year warranty covering material or manufacturing defects, as well as a minimum life expectancy of 60 years.
