Just as you think we’ve introduced the whole Client Success Team, we’ve already expanded it! We’re excited to introduce two new members to the team, dedicated to helping us to make sure that all of your infrastructure challenges benefit from our award-winning d² product range.

This interview is with Tony Lamotte, our High Rise Client Success Manager!

Tony is brand new to the Dura team, but he’s got his fair share of composite expertise!

Your journey with Dura is only just beginning, so tell us about your previous experience.

I’ve worked in various roles throughout the industry, including construction management for riser flooring systems, GRP anti-slip access solutions, and a French / Swedish company specialising in GRP/steel hybrid modular buildings. With my previous knowledge of GRP, learning about Dura’s low embodied carbon and recyclable d² offering is exciting, so I’m looking forward to championing its use alongside the rest of the Dura team.

Other than a focus on GRP, what drew you towards Dura?

I actually already knew a few people who joined Dura from one of my previous companies, and I’d heard such great things from them about the company culture, structure, and overall way of working. The company has incredible growth potential and is always expanding – it’s inspiring to see, and something I’m very excited to be a part of. Seeing the role of High Rise Client Success Manager was a match made in heaven due to having previously specialised in high rise construction safety solutions.

It’s still early days, but what has your experience with Dura and the Client Success Team been like so far?

Within the first few days with Dura, I could already see what others meant about the culture and business structure. This is a team-orientated business, unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before. Everyone has been so welcoming, and it’s incredible to meet so many people with such a wide breadth of industry knowledge and experience.

As High Rise Client Success Manager, what areas will you be servicing?

I’m based in and around London, and since this is where the majority of high rise business tends to be, I’ll mainly be servicing clients within the London boroughs. I’ll also be branching out to the surrounding areas in line with project requirements.

What are you most excited about for your role within the Client Success Team?

d² is such an exciting development for the industry —the sustainability and safety benefits of Dura’s unique products speak for themselves. What truly excites me about my role within the Client Success Team is the opportunity to share those benefits with clients who share our passion for doing things right to benefit the environment. I’m passionate about delivering exceptional service, and Dura’s offerings perfectly align with that commitment, enabling me to provide even greater value to our clients.

    Outside of work I…

Spend a lot of my time doing various sports. You name it, I’ve probably dabbled in it! Running is a big one for me, but I also love skiing, tennis, and paddle boarding. Travelling is another big passion of mine.

Great to get to know you, Tony! You can also read our interviews with Antony Theobald here, with Dean Fuller, with Matthew Swash, with Jack Francis, and with Richard Guy.
